Born on February 3, 1940, in Webb, Mississippi, she was the second of twelve children. After marrying John L. Stockard, she moved to Chicago in 1963, where she raised her family with love and dedication.

A chartered member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Mrs. Flo served faithfully as a ministry leader, Sunday school teacher, and prayer warrior. Known for her strong work ethic and nurturing spirit, she touched countless lives through her service to others and her unwavering belief in the power of prayer.

On December 26, 2019, Mrs. Florine Stockard peacefully transitioned, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and service that continues to inspire all who knew her.
