Customized Products: At 25M Printing, we take pride in creating customized products that meet your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds on any items that have been customized to the client's specifications. This includes but is not limited to memorial products, banners, t-shirts, and similar items. Once you have approved your artwork, any additional changes may result in additional fees and/or require the customer to pay for another print job.
Print Quality Guarantee: We strive to deliver high-quality printing services, and your satisfaction is important to us. If 25M Printing does not accurately reproduce the approved artwork, we will take the following actions at the discretion of management:
- Offer a discount on the original order.
- Reprint the job with the corrected artwork.
Approval of Final Artwork: No jobs will be printed without the explicit approval of the final artwork by the customer. Approval can be provided via email, signature on the final artwork, or an audio recording via RingCentral audio recording.
Cancellation and Chargeback Policy: By engaging in business with 25M Printing, the customer agrees not to cancel or initiate a chargeback on their credit card without prior communication and resolution attempts with our customer support team. If a customer cancels or initiates a chargeback without following the prescribed procedure, the following actions will be taken:
- The customer will be responsible for covering all collections fees, including legal fees, incurred by 25M Printing in the process of resolving the issue.
- A fee, in accordance with all applicable laws of the state of Illinois, will be charged to the customer.
Additional Protections: To ensure a transparent and fair business relationship, please note the following:
- Any changes to an order after artwork approval may result in additional fees.
- 25M Printing is not responsible for errors or discrepancies in the artwork that have been approved by the customer.
- Our delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or force majeure events.
By placing an order with 25M Printing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return policy, including the conditions and provisions outlined herein.
