This memorial program option features our 20-Page Big Book format, our most expansive memorial program option, designed for families who want to create a thorough and enduring tribute to a life fully lived. With twenty pages of full-color printing on quality cardstock, there is room for everything — the full life story, tributes from loved ones, poems, scripture, photos spanning multiple decades, and detailed service information. This format produces a program that truly honors the full depth and breadth of a remarkable life. This design can be further customized with different colors and fonts, and in some cases can be adapted to include additional photos.
Program Specs
Each memorial program is printed in full color on quality cardstock. Programs are printed full bleed, which means the design extends to the edges with no white border around the artwork. Final size, page count, folding style, and available options may vary by the selected memorial program product.
Expedited Services
Expedited printing may be available when memorial programs are needed quickly. Same-day printing requested before 1 PM may require a 50% rush fee. Same-day printing requested after 1 PM may require a 100% rush fee. Rush availability depends on the order details, artwork readiness, quantity, and current production schedule. If you need same-day service, please contact us before placing your order or choose the expedited service option when available.
Design Information
Please provide clear photos, accurate spelling of all names, dates, obituary text, service details, acknowledgments, and any special wording you would like included. Memorial programs are personalized and time-sensitive, so we strongly recommend reviewing all information carefully before submitting your order.
All obituary content must be submitted as typed text. Please do not send pictures or screenshots of written content that you want included in the program. You may submit your information using our obituary submission form at https://25mprinting.com/pages/obituary-submission-form, type it in a document such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs, or place the text directly in the body of an email.
If obituary content is submitted as a photo, screenshot, or scanned image instead of typed text, a typesetting fee may be added to your order.
When submitting photos, please send the highest-quality image files you have available. Screenshots from your phone, Facebook, text messages, or other apps are usually lower resolution and may not print as clearly. Whenever possible, please send the original photo from your phone’s photo gallery, download the image first, or send the actual image file instead of a screenshot.
If a screenshot is the only version you have, we understand and will do our best. However, we cannot guarantee the print quality of low-resolution or screenshot images.
Proofing Process
Once your memorial program proof is ready, we will email it to one designated point of contact. After the proof has been sent, we will also call or text to let you know it is available for review.
To keep the proofing process clear and organized, all corrections must come from the same designated point of contact. If multiple family members or friends would like to review the proof, they may share their corrections with the point of contact, and that person should send all requested changes to us together.
Your order includes two rounds of revisions. Please review the entire program carefully before sending corrections. This includes checking all photos, names, dates, obituary text, service details, acknowledgments, captions, and any special wording. Instead of sending one correction at a time, please gather all changes and send them in one complete email so we can make the updates as efficiently as possible.
If we make an error or miss a correction that was already submitted, that update will not count as one of your two included revisions. We will correct that at no additional charge.
After the two included revision rounds have been used, additional revisions are $25 each. Please take your time during the proofing process so we can help make sure your memorial program is accurate, beautiful, and ready for print.

T-Shirt Package Notes
All shirts included in a package will be printed with the same design, photo, wording, and text.
To receive package discount pricing, the shirt order must be placed at the same time as the obituary order.
For same-day orders, white shirts are the only shirt color available.
Package pricing includes standard sizes from Youth Small through Adult XL. Larger sizes are available for an additional charge:
