Our 4-page Standard Program, 5.5" x 8.5", is printed on 80 lb. text weight paper and is not printed full bleed.

All other memorial program options are printed in full color on 80 lb. gloss cardstock and include a full finish. Full finish means the program is scored for a clean fold and printed full bleed, so the design extends to the edge of the paper with no white border around the artwork. Multi-page programs are also saddle stitched when applicable.

Final size, page count, folding style, finishing, and available options may vary by the selected memorial program product.

Each memorial program includes a set number of pictures based on the selected program style. Additional pictures beyond the included amount are $5 per additional picture.

If you are designing your memorial program in Canva, please share the editable Canva file with us at graphics@25mprinting.com.

The file must be shared in an editable format so our graphics team can review the design, confirm the size, and make any necessary adjustments before printing. Canva does not always clearly show print size, margin, bleed, or font-size concerns, so having access to the editable file helps us make sure your program prints correctly and is easy to read.

Our goal is to stay as close as possible to your original design. In most cases, we are able to keep the design very close to what you created while making small adjustments that improve the final printed piece.

Examples of edits we may make include:

  • Adjusting the size of the design to match the selected program
  • Moving text or photos slightly so they do not get cut off during trimming or folding
  • Increasing small font sizes so the program is easier to read
  • Adjusting spacing, margins, or alignment
  • Making sure important text and photos are not too close to the edge
  • Checking that the design works properly with folds, scoring, and saddle stitching when applicable

For example, a font may look readable on screen in Canva but may print too small in the finished program. If we see text that may be difficult to read, we may increase the font size or adjust the layout so the final program is more comfortable to view.

Before your memorial program goes to print, we will send you a proof for review and approval.

Expedited Services

Expedited printing may be available when memorial programs are needed quickly. Same-day printing requested before 1 PM may require a 50% rush fee. Same-day printing requested after 1 PM may require a 100% rush fee. Rush availability depends on the order details, artwork readiness, quantity, and current production schedule. If you need same-day service, please contact us before placing your order or choose the expedited service option when available.

Design Information

Please provide clear photos, accurate spelling of all names, dates, obituary text, service details, acknowledgments, and any special wording you would like included. Memorial programs are personalized and time-sensitive, so we strongly recommend reviewing all information carefully before submitting your order.

All obituary content must be submitted as typed text. Please do not send pictures or screenshots of written content that you want included in the program. You may submit your information using our obituary submission form at https://25mprinting.com/pages/obituary-submission-form, type it in a document such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs, or place the text directly in the body of an email.

If obituary content is submitted as a photo, screenshot, or scanned image instead of typed text, a typesetting fee may be added to your order.

When submitting photos, please send the highest-quality image files you have available. Screenshots from your phone, Facebook, text messages, or other apps are usually lower resolution and may not print as clearly. Whenever possible, please send the original photo from your phone’s photo gallery, download the image first, or send the actual image file instead of a screenshot.

If a screenshot is the only version you have, we understand and will do our best. However, we cannot guarantee the print quality of low-resolution or screenshot images.

Proofing Process

Once your memorial program proof is ready, we will email it to one designated point of contact. After the proof has been sent, we will also call or text to let you know it is available for review.

To keep the proofing process clear and organized, all corrections must come from the same designated point of contact. If multiple family members or friends would like to review the proof, they may share their corrections with the point of contact, and that person should send all requested changes to us together.

Your order includes two rounds of revisions. Please review the entire program carefully before sending corrections. This includes checking all photos, names, dates, obituary text, service details, acknowledgments, captions, and any special wording. Instead of sending one correction at a time, please gather all changes and send them in one complete email so we can make the updates as efficiently as possible.

If we make an error or miss a correction that was already submitted, that update will not count as one of your two included revisions. We will correct that at no additional charge.

After the two included revision rounds have been used, additional revisions are $25 each. Please take your time during the proofing process so we can help make sure your memorial program is accurate, beautiful, and ready for print.
