Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround for digital printing is next business day, with same-day service available for select orders when schedules permit.

Paper & Size Options

We offer a range of sizes and paper stocks to match your project needs:

• 8.5” x 11” Economy – 20 lb. copy paper (standard everyday printing)
• Premium Options (All Sizes) – 80 lb. cardstock
  • 8.5” x 11”
  • 11” x 17”
  • 12” x 18”

Full Bleed Printing (Edge-to-Edge Color)

Full bleed printing allows your design to extend all the way to the edge of the page for a clean, professional look.

Important Requirements:

• Files must include a 0.25” bleed on all sides
• Example:
  • 11” x 17” final size → submit file as 11.5” x 17.5”

If files are not set up correctly for full bleed:

• Files will be returned for correction
• OR we can adjust them for you at $10 per page

Booklets & Multi-Page Documents

We offer finishing for multi-page projects:

• 4-page documents – folded
• 8, 12, 16+ pages – folded and stapled (booklet style)

File Setup Guidelines

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these requirements:

• PDFs: Export as high-resolution print-ready PDFs (recommended from InDesign or similar software)
• Images (JPEG, PNG, etc.): Must be 300 DPI (resolution)

⚠️ Files submitted below 300 DPI may print pixelated.

• We are not responsible for:
  • Low-resolution or pixelated images
  • Spelling or design errors
  • Formatting issues in submitted files
• If a reprint is needed due to customer-submitted errors:
  • Reprints are charged at full cost
  • No discounts will be applied
• If the error is on our end:
  • We will reprint your order at no additional cost
